2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® ST near Covington, GA

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® ST is a production motorcycle designed to mirror the function and layout of the factory racing machines from Harley-Davidson®. Developed with influence from the MotoAmerica® King of the Baggers™ competition, it integrates advanced performance hardware, minimal structural weight, and track-focused electronics.
Its configuration and feature set do not prioritize long-haul comfort or aesthetic embellishments. Instead, this motorcycle focuses on power-to-weight ratio, controlled dynamics, and mechanical accuracy in high-demand environments. The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® ST is intended for experienced riders who understand the demands of performance baggers and require factory-level engineering across all functional components.
Engine Performance and Output Configuration
The Milwaukee-Eight® 121 High Output engine is the foundation of the model’s capability. This V-twin is engineered to deliver 127 horsepower and 145 lb-ft of torque. The increased performance is achieved through a combination of revised internal components, a high-performance camshaft, and a specialized Heavy Breather intake system that improves airflow. The engine also carries a revised rev ceiling of 5,900 rpm, which broadens usable power across a wider range.
The titanium mufflers contribute to weight reduction and are designed to optimize exhaust gas flow.
Chassis and Component Weight Reduction
The structural design of the 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® ST is oriented around weight control and stiffness. The front fender is constructed from forged carbon fiber, which replaces standard steel and reduces mass at the unsprung end of the suspension. Cast aluminum wheels are also used to reduce rotational inertia, improving throttle response, braking feedback, and corner entry precision.
These wheels are equipped with dual floating brake rotors, designed to manage thermal loads more efficiently than standard fixed rotors. The rotor design promotes consistent braking performance under repeated load cycles. The front-end stability and braking response have been calibrated to handle aggressive input without compromise.
Suspension Geometry and Adjustability
The 47mm SHOWA® inverted front forks offer 4.6 inches of travel and are fully adjustable for preload, compression, and rebound damping.
At the rear, dual outboard SHOWA® remote reservoir shocks are mounted between the rear fender and saddlebags. These shocks feature three inches of travel and are gas-charged, with internal separation between oil and gas chambers.
Both front and rear suspension systems are calibrated to support cornering forces while minimizing chassis pitch under acceleration or deceleration.
Rider Interface and Ergonomic Structure
The rider interface includes tall risers and moto-style handlebars. These components adjust the upper body posture into a forward-biased, aggressive riding position.
A solo seat is equipped as standard. It features a steep backrest to provide lumbar support during hard launches or quick transitions. Mini-boards are used instead of full-size floorboards, preserving lean angle while offering sufficient foot support.
The Flat-Out engine guard offers minimal bulk while preserving critical protection in case of low-speed tip-overs.
Digital Interface and Adaptive Ride Modes
The 12.3-inch TFT display consolidates system management, ride telemetry, and navigation. The screen operates using Skyline™ OS and includes control access for the Rockford Fosgate® Stage II audio system, system diagnostics, and customizable ride modes.
The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® ST supports eight ride modes. Track and Track+ are engineered for closed-course use and allow reduced intervention from rider assistance systems while increasing throttle response and braking aggressiveness.
Adjustments are made via the touchscreen and can be selected in real time, allowing the motorcycle to adapt quickly between city streets, highway use, or aggressive riding scenarios.
Integrated Safety Enhancements and Cornering Control
The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® ST is equipped with Cornering Rider Safety Enhancements. These include traction control, electronic braking, and deceleration management systems that are lean-angle aware.
The standard Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) prevents wheel lock during sudden braking. Electronic Linked Braking applies pressure to both wheels simultaneously for improved stability. These systems adapt based on brake input levels and road surface grip.
Cornering Enhanced ABS (C-ABS) and Cornering Enhanced Electronic Linked Braking (C-ELB) calibrate brake pressure based on lean angle. Similarly, the Cornering Traction Control System (C-TCS) and Cornering Drag-Torque Slip Control (C-DSCS) adjust torque output and rear-wheel slip to maintain traction under deceleration or gear changes while leaning.
Drag-Torque Slip Control (DSCS) minimizes rear-wheel lock during downshifts or abrupt throttle reduction. Vehicle Hold Control (VHC) applies temporary braking when stopped on inclines to assist with launches from uphill positions.
The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) provides real-time alerts to the rider when air pressure drops below or rises above the recommended range.
Design Configuration and Material Composition
The visual design is streamlined and constructed for function. Paint schemes include Mercury Silver, Rally Red, and Hot Lap. The Screamin’ Eagle® graphic is integrated into the side fairing and fuel tank, with Performance Red accents applied selectively across the powertrain.
The fairing design emphasizes aerodynamic channeling and reduced resistance. It remains consistent with Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® lineage but has been reshaped to accommodate the additional cooling and intake demands of the engine and electronics.
Weight savings are applied throughout the frame, exhaust, seat, and fender materials. The combination of forged carbon, cast aluminum, and titanium allows for improved mass distribution.
